The Koru Project keeps this simple: this website exists so you can learn about our work and decide whether to start a conversation. It is built to collect as little as possible.

What this site collects

• No accounts, and no sign-in.
• No cookies set by us, and no advertising or tracking pixels.
• No analytics that identify you. If we add privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics in the future, we will update this page first.
• Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested page) to operate and secure the service.
• Links to LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or podcast platforms take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

When you email us

If you contact us at hello@thekoruproject.com, we receive what you choose to send. We use it only to respond to you and to prepare for a conversation you asked for. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not request.

Koru is an agent-first company, so we may use AI assistants to help sort incoming email, summarize it and draft replies. When we do, they run on services approved for business use, and a person reviews every reply before it is sent.

Please do not include sensitive or regulated information—such as student records or financial account details—in an introductory email. If our work together requires that kind of information, we will agree on a secure way to handle it first.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have correspondence deleted, email hello@thekoruproject.com and we will take care of it.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes first, along with the effective date above.
